Dance Classes in New Milton

Ciara is excited to be taking on the role of owner and principal at the new branch of Zest Dance in New Milton, Bournemouth. Ciara has always been driven to pursue a career in the performing arts. She began dance training at 3 years old and in 2018 completed her BA (Hons) degree in Dance at LIPA (The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts).

Since graduating, Ciara has been teaching Dance and Musical Theatre in schools, nurseries and academies. As well as becoming a qualified sports masseuse.

Ciara is now qualified with the IDTA, completing her Level 4 Tap Teaching Diploma last November and will be undertaking more dance teaching qualifications in the upcoming years.

Ciara has had the opportunity to work with industry professionals, including, Dean Lee, Matthew Bourne's company, Wayne Sleep, Matt Harris and many more.

Ciara has performed in a variety of shows including 42nd Street, Mack and Mabel, Loserville and many more. She has also performed and sang for a charity show raising money for breast cancer and various music videos.

Ciara has loved working at the original Zest Dance and is very excited to be taking a new adventure down south with the help of Frankie. She is grateful to be a part of the Zest Dance journey, helping to inspire and encourage more children to get involved with the performing arts.

Amber has danced from the age of 5 with a wide variety of genres including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, contemporary and freestyle.

Amber also trained in a theatre school from a young age. From the age of 15 she discovered her love of teaching. Amber has worked in a number of theatre schools producing choreography and performances for a number of large productions.

Amber is planning to undertake her IDTA dance diploma this year. Amber strives to make lessons fun and engaging, working on students' confidence, teamwork, and self-expression in addition to the wide range of skills and knowledge needed for musical theatre.

Age 4 I started dancing at my local dance school and successfully undertook exams in RAD and ISTD. Whilst at the school I had the great honour of performing with the English Youth Ballet in their productions of Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake.

After completing my training at the age of 18 and discovering a passion for dance and performance I auditioned for dance colleges. A dream offer enabling me to continue my studies was accepted at the prestigious Bird College in Kent and allowed me to continue what I love, successfully graduating with a First Class Honours Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. During my training I was fortunate to of worked with some of the best choreographers and directors in the industry and gained invaluable knowledge and experience.

I am excited to share what I have learned over the years, hopefully inspiring the next generation of budding dancers.
